Allowed use

Learners may use the platform for personal study across the live digital schools, including lessons, applied assessments, mock practice, simulations, projects, referenced writing, presentations, career preparation, and independent certification study where offered.

Prohibited use

Users must not scrape content, share paid accounts, bypass download limits, remove or alter trace markers, attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineer payment controls, upload premium materials to generative-AI tools or third-party libraries, train or ground models on premium materials, upload malware, send spam, harass other users, or use the platform for unlawful activity.

Users must not treat educational outputs as professional approval or use them to bypass required licences, accreditation, ethics review, competent supervision, safety controls, legal advice, financial authorisation, clinical governance, or other authority gates.

The platform may warn, rate-limit, temporarily restrict, or suspend access where misuse, fraud, security risk, or material breach is supported by evidence. Except where immediate containment is necessary, Daskerel reviews the context and gives the account holder a reasonable opportunity to explain or appeal.
