Intellectual Property

Daskerel course structures, lesson text, mock questions, explanations, study plans, lab instructions, platform design, brand presentation, and original learning materials are protected intellectual property unless a separate written licence says otherwise.

Members receive access for personal study and exam preparation. Access does not transfer ownership of the materials.

Users must not copy, resell, republish, scrape, upload to third-party libraries, train models on, or distribute premium materials without written permission.

Short personal study notes are allowed, but reproducing substantial platform content or sharing paid materials with non-members is not allowed.

Premium access may use versioned licence acceptance, named-account entitlement checks, personalised visible or embedded trace markers, private download links, reasonable rate limits, and proportionate security logs to protect the materials and investigate suspected misuse.

Daskerel does not rely on disabling ordinary copy, selection, accessibility, or assistive-technology functions. No technical control removes lawful rights or applicable copyright exceptions.

Where misuse is reasonably suspected, Daskerel may preserve necessary evidence, contact the account holder, warn or limit the account, suspend access after review, request removal of unauthorised copies, or seek professional legal advice. Affected users may explain or challenge the decision through support or the legal contact route.

AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, CompTIA, Docker, Cisco, Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK, Kubernetes, Ansible, Linux, and other vendor names are used descriptively to identify learning paths. Their trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Daskerel is independent and is not endorsed by those vendors unless a future written partnership says otherwise.
