Trust centre

How Daskerel builds learner, employer, and partner trust.

Trust is built through clear outcomes, evidence review, practical support, data protection, vendor independence, content freshness, and honest launch status.

Trust controls and evidence

Learner protection

Clear access rules, billing routes, refunds policy, privacy request flow, feedback loop, support queues, and immediate escalation for learner-impacting incidents.

Evidence review

Named evidence reviewers are separated from general support so portfolio proof, lab submissions, and employer-facing outcomes can be reviewed consistently.

Data protection

The platform keeps privacy, GDPR-style rights, retention controls, branded email routes, and management audit records visible to owners and learners.

Vendor independence

Daskerel is not an official AWS, Microsoft, Google, CompTIA, Cisco, Red Hat, Linux Foundation, HashiCorp, Docker, or CNCF training provider unless a written agreement says otherwise.

Global lab guardrails

Learner labs are designed for dedicated cloud accounts/projects/subscriptions, short-lived access, cleanup windows, budget alarms, and region-aware capacity routing.

Brand and legal identity

DASKEREL™ is the platform trading brand.

Daskerel is a trading name of CLOUDFORGE ACADEMY LTD. UK trade mark application UK00004431018 was filed on 15 August 2026 in Classes 9, 35, 41 and 42. On 24 August 2026, the UK Intellectual Property Office said the application appeared to meet examination requirements. The application remains pending: it must continue through payment, publication, and the opposition period before registration can be granted. The ™ symbol does not mean the mark is registered.

What this page does not promise

Evidence should be specific, dated, and open to challenge.

  • Unless a course names an awarding body and regulated qualification, a Daskerel certificate records platform learning or assessment completion; it is not a degree, regulated qualification, or vendor certification.
  • Course completion, readiness scores, coaching, and opportunity visibility do not guarantee an exam pass, interview, job, promotion, salary, or other career outcome.
  • Operational controls describe the platform standard. Performance figures are published as results only when they include a period, population, method, and evidence owner.

Cloud provider relationship

Independent preparation unless a written partnership says otherwise.

Daskerel may independently teach cloud concepts, publish original exam-preparation materials, operate learner labs, and link to public certification resources. It does not describe its courses as official AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud, or other vendor training; resell vendor courseware or exam vouchers; display partner badges; or imply vendor endorsement without the relevant written approval.

Vendor names identify compatible technologies and certification paths. Logos, badges, courseware, exam content, and trademarks remain subject to each provider's current terms and brand rules.

Launch evidence

These are evidence categories used for launch decisions, not a claim that every production control is currently complete. Current availability and incidents are reported on the status page.

Concurrent lab session count by provider, region, account pool, and cohort.

Provisioning success rate, cleanup success rate, budget alarm status, and session expiry enforcement.

Regional routing proof for AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud across Europe, US, South America, Asia-Pacific, and Africa.

Provider-account isolation evidence showing learner labs are separated from the platform production account.

Incident links for failed provisioning, stuck cleanup, quota pressure, or unexpected cloud spend.

Content freshness badges

Fresh

Watch

Provider update, retirement notice, beta exam, or blueprint change needs reviewer attention.

Review due

Quarterly source review is due before promoting new lessons, labs, mocks, or employer reports.

Retiring

Learners and employers need replacement guidance, booking warnings, and renewal notes.
