Optional voiceover / Narration
French audio requires a French voice installed in the browser or Windows. Until one is available, Daskerel will show the French transcript rather than read it with an English voice.
Clear access rules, billing routes, refunds policy, privacy request flow, feedback loop, support queues, and immediate escalation for learner-impacting incidents.
Named evidence reviewers are separated from general support so portfolio proof, lab submissions, and employer-facing outcomes can be reviewed consistently.
The platform keeps privacy, GDPR-style rights, retention controls, branded email routes, and management audit records visible to owners and learners.
Daskerel is not an official AWS, Microsoft, Google, CompTIA, Cisco, Red Hat, Linux Foundation, HashiCorp, Docker, or CNCF training provider unless a written agreement says otherwise.
Learner labs are designed for dedicated cloud accounts/projects/subscriptions, short-lived access, cleanup windows, budget alarms, and region-aware capacity routing.

What this page does not promise
Cloud provider relationship
Daskerel may independently teach cloud concepts, publish original exam-preparation materials, operate learner labs, and link to public certification resources. It does not describe its courses as official AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud, or other vendor training; resell vendor courseware or exam vouchers; display partner badges; or imply vendor endorsement without the relevant written approval.
Vendor names identify compatible technologies and certification paths. Logos, badges, courseware, exam content, and trademarks remain subject to each provider's current terms and brand rules.
Read the intellectual property policyThese are evidence categories used for launch decisions, not a claim that every production control is currently complete. Current availability and incidents are reported on the status page.
Concurrent lab session count by provider, region, account pool, and cohort.
Provisioning success rate, cleanup success rate, budget alarm status, and session expiry enforcement.
Regional routing proof for AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud across Europe, US, South America, Asia-Pacific, and Africa.
Provider-account isolation evidence showing learner labs are separated from the platform production account.
Incident links for failed provisioning, stuck cleanup, quota pressure, or unexpected cloud spend.
Official provider source reviewed in the last 30 days.
Provider update, retirement notice, beta exam, or blueprint change needs reviewer attention.
Quarterly source review is due before promoting new lessons, labs, mocks, or employer reports.
Learners and employers need replacement guidance, booking warnings, and renewal notes.
