Partnerships

Build applied learning with the right expert, delivery, facility, and technology relationships.

Partnership enquiries route to partnerships@cloudforgeacademy.co.uk. Use this page for workforce programmes, specialist review, curriculum creation, virtual delivery, laboratory facilities, technology licensing, and institutional collaboration across all Daskerel schools. A commercial partnership, reseller role, endorsement, or employer programme starts only when written terms or a statement of work have been agreed.

Commercial safeguards

Daskerel remains the contracting platform and protects delivery quality.

Every engagement records scope, qualifications, intellectual-property rights, safety ownership, data handling, acceptance evidence, review dates, payment terms, and termination rights.

Revenue share is calculated after VAT, refunds, payment fees, and agreed pass-through facility or laboratory costs.

Self-service offers target 75%-85% gross margin; Teams and institutions target 65%-75%.

Virtual specialist cohorts target 50%-60%; physical cohorts target 35%-45% after direct delivery costs.

A partner-led quote below 40% contribution margin requires recorded owner approval.

No exclusivity, accreditation, endorsement, or ownership transfer exists unless signed terms state it explicitly.

Partnership readiness

Start with the operating details that make a useful conversation possible.

Strong partnership requests include the learning audience, business goal, certification targets, delivery model, lab needs, reporting expectations, and launch timeline.

Choose the partner role and Daskerel school, then describe the audience, scope, and intended outcome.

State whether the activity is theory, simulation, an isolated digital lab, remote equipment, a physical lab, or controlled data.

For specialist delivery, include qualifications, insurance, facilities, safeguarding, safety, data, accreditation, and licensing context where relevant.

Share the desired timeline, delivery model, and whether learners need live cloud labs.

Mention any compliance, privacy, reporting, or procurement requirements early.

You receive an acknowledgement with a reference ID after the form is accepted.

Partnership enquiries are reviewed within three UK business days, with procurement or security follow-up when needed.

Review partnership, Teams, employer-use, data, lab, evidence, and branding clauses before any commercial agreement is signed.
