Certificates, Achievement Evidence and Marketing Claims

How Daskerel describes internal training completion, learner evidence and public outcome claims without implying external accreditation.

Signing is unavailable while this document remains a draft. It must have a recorded professional review, approval date, and final version before it can be accepted.

What a Daskerel certificate means

A Daskerel certificate records completion of the named internal learning or management-training requirements at the stated version and date. It is evidence of participation and the platform's recorded assessment outcome; it is not automatically an Ofqual-regulated qualification, university credit, professional licence, vendor certification, employment reference or guarantee of competence.

The certificate must identify Daskerel and CLOUDFORGE ACADEMY LTD as issuer, the learner, pathway, completion date, version, evidence or verification reference, expiry or renewal where applicable, and any approval status. It must not display another body's logo or claim its endorsement without written permission.

Claims evidence standard

Before publishing a pass-rate, employment, salary, progression, completion, learner-number, employer, accreditation, comparison or testimonial claim, the claim owner must record the exact wording, audience, source data, measurement period, sample, calculation, exclusions, material qualifications, consent, approver and review or expiry date.

A qualification must be visible and close enough to the headline claim to prevent a misleading overall impression. Small print must clarify rather than contradict the main message. Forecasts, illustrative examples and learner self-reports must be labelled accurately.

Marketing must not suggest that buying a course is a job application, that employment is guaranteed, that earnings are assured, that an internal certificate is externally accredited, or that a certification provider endorses Daskerel unless evidence supports the exact statement.

Approval and correction

Marketing owns the claims register; Content Quality checks learning evidence; Certification Governance checks vendor and credential language; HR checks recruitment wording; Legal and Trust reviews material consumer claims; and the owner approves high-risk publication.

Expired, disputed or unsupported claims must be paused. Corrections should be recorded with affected channels, dates, replacement wording and any learner or partner notification required.
