Placement fee guardrails

No placement fee is charged unless a written employer agreement or statement of work includes it.

Success fees apply only after learner consent, employer approval, and an accepted employer-paid role outcome.

The placement fee agreement is signed by the employer authorised signatory and Daskerel; the learner signs a separate consent form only when evidence sharing or a formal introduction is needed.

Digital signature evidence should retain signer identity, timestamp, document version, audit trail, employer opportunity ID, and the final signed PDF before any invoice or Stripe payment request is raised.

Stripe Checkout can collect the agreed GBP, USD, or EUR payment route after Partnerships approval.
