Learner and Employer Placement Consent Agreement Form

This form records the agreed placement-introduction consent between Daskerel, the employer or company, and the learner. It should be completed before Daskerel shares learner contact details, expanded evidence, or a formal employer introduction that may later connect to an optional placement success fee.

This form does not guarantee an interview, offer, job, contractor engagement, visa sponsorship, salary, probation completion, retention, certification pass, or employer acceptance. The employer remains responsible for its own recruitment and employment decisions.

The learner confirms they opt in to this employer introduction and authorise Daskerel to share the agreed learner profile, role path, readiness summary, approved evidence, portfolio link, and contact route only for the opportunity described in this form.

The learner confirms that the evidence they provide is accurate to the best of their knowledge, does not include secrets, passwords, confidential customer data, unauthorised third-party material, or unsafe production information, and may be reviewed by the employer for the agreed opportunity.

The learner understands that Daskerel does not charge the learner an employer placement success fee under this form. Any employer fee, repayment, deduction, training bond, clawback, or separate worker obligation must be lawful, transparent, separately documented, and outside this form unless expressly reviewed and agreed.

The employer confirms it will use learner information only for the agreed opportunity, will keep it confidential, will not redistribute it, will not publish it, will not use it for unrelated profiling, and will delete or retain it only according to the agreed lawful basis and retention period.

The employer remains responsible for right-to-work checks, role suitability, safeguarding, background checks, pay, contract terms, workplace policies, supervision, onboarding, tax, HR, procurement, recruitment compliance, and all final hiring or engagement decisions.

If an optional placement success fee applies, the employer confirms that a separate written employer agreement, order form, or statement of work must state the fee model, amount or percentage, currency, success trigger, claim window, exclusions, payment route, tax treatment, refund or replacement terms, and authorised signatory approval.

Daskerel confirms it will share only the learner information covered by the learner's consent, platform visibility setting, privacy policy, and any applicable written data-processing terms.

Daskerel confirms it is a certification-readiness and evidence-introduction platform, not the employer, recruitment decision-maker, visa sponsor, payroll provider, or guarantor of learner performance, employment, retention, or employer outcome.

Daskerel should keep a copy of this signed form with the employer opportunity record, learner consent record, evidence-sharing record, and any related billing or placement success fee agreement.

All parties agree to handle personal data, learner evidence, portfolio information, interview notes, and employer opportunity details confidentially and only for the agreed introduction and assessment purpose.

No party should upload or share passwords, access keys, production secrets, confidential customer records, special category data, regulated records, or proprietary infrastructure material unless a secure approved route and lawful basis have been agreed.

Evidence and readiness signals are review aids only. They are not official certification results, employment guarantees, regulatory approvals, or substitutes for employer assessment and due diligence.

If a placement success fee may apply, attach or reference /legal/optional-placement-success-fee-agreement and the signed employer-specific commercial terms. If no signed fee agreement exists, no placement success fee is due.
