International Sales, Currency and Payment Notice

CLOUDFORGE ACADEMY LTD (17286354) is the seller of Daskerel access unless an order form identifies another lawful arrangement. Before payment, the checkout must show the selected product or service, material functionality, access period, price, currency, tax presentation, renewal model, payment method, cancellation route and links to the current contractual documents.

A displayed currency does not mean that Daskerel is established, licensed, tax-registered or deliberately marketing in every country that uses that currency. Country availability is controlled separately and may be restricted for legal, tax, sanctions, payment, age, language, content or operational reasons.

Stripe charges the amount and currency displayed in the final checkout. A bank, card issuer or payment provider may apply its own conversion rate or fee when the customer's account uses a different currency. Daskerel does not control those external charges.

Refunds are initiated in the original transaction currency and to the original payment method where possible. Exchange-rate movements and provider fees may mean the amount appearing in a different account currency is not identical to the customer's original converted amount, subject always to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

One-month access does not renew automatically. A monthly or annual subscription continues and charges the displayed renewal price at the disclosed interval until cancelled. The checkout and account route must make the renewal model prominent and provide a straightforward way to stop future renewal.

Cancellation stops future renewal and normally preserves access until the end of the paid period. Refund and statutory cancellation rights are governed by the Refund and Access Policy and the law applying to the particular transaction; Daskerel does not contract out of non-excludable consumer remedies.

Before Daskerel deliberately markets into a new country, the owner must record a proportionate consumer-law, digital-services tax, VAT or sales-tax, privacy, sanctions, language, accessibility, payment and support assessment. Multi-currency configuration alone is not sufficient evidence of country readiness.
