Terms of Use

Rules for using Daskerel learning materials and paid membership features.

Signing is unavailable while this document remains a draft. It must have a recorded professional review, approval date, and final version before it can be accepted.

Use of the platform

Users must use Daskerel for lawful personal study, applied learning, professional development, school-specific project work, and independent certification preparation where offered.

Users must not attack the platform, bypass payment controls, share credentials, redistribute paid content, upload harmful files, or misrepresent Daskerel as an official certification vendor.

Digital learning, simulations, templates, and feedback do not authorise a learner to perform regulated, clinical, legal, financial, accredited, safety-critical, or professionally reserved activity. Learners must follow applicable law, institutional rules, qualified supervision, and professional authority requirements.

Policy acceptance and evidence

Before checkout or first premium access, the named learner must affirmatively accept the current Terms, Intellectual Property Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and privacy notice. Daskerel records the policy version, document hash, learner account, time, acceptance route, and limited request context as evidence of that agreement.

Material policy changes may require the learner to accept a new version before premium access resumes. A learner who does not accept may keep access to public material but cannot use the premium library.

Certification results

Daskerel provides study materials and practice support, but no platform can guarantee exam success. Learners remain responsible for booking official exams, meeting vendor requirements, and following exam rules.

Payments and renewal

One-month access passes do not renew automatically. Monthly card, annual card, and UK Direct Debit routes renew automatically until cancelled through the available billing route or support process.

UK Direct Debit is a recurring monthly bank mandate for UK bank accounts. The Direct Debit terms shown at checkout and in the refund policy apply when this payment route is selected.

Cancelling a payment method or bank mandate may stop future collections, but it does not automatically remove any separate payment, tax, refund, subscription, or contract obligation already owed.

Launch note

This page is a production-readiness template. It should be reviewed against the final business entity, domain, payment setup, processors, jurisdictions, and customer support process before full commercial launch.
