Content Contribution and Intellectual Property Schedule

Record the contributor, commissioning agreement, deliverable, creation dates, Daskerel school, source files, acceptance criteria, payment, version, reviewers and any pre-existing or third-party material. A payment alone does not establish that commissioned copyright has transferred.

The contributor must identify quotations, images, diagrams, datasets, software, standards, trademarks, certification-provider material, open licences and AI-assisted material, together with the source and permitted use.

Assignment model: the contributor assigns to CLOUDFORGE ACADEMY LTD the agreed rights in newly created accepted deliverables, with territory, duration, media, adaptations, enforcement cooperation and moral-rights treatment stated in the signed agreement.

Licence model: the contributor retains ownership and grants the company an expressly defined exclusive or non-exclusive licence. The agreement must state permitted platforms, territories, duration, modification, translation, sublicensing, marketing, archiving, termination and continued learner-access rights.

Pre-existing and third-party material remains excluded from an assignment unless expressly listed and lawfully transferable. The contributor warrants that they have disclosed applicable restrictions and obtained the permissions needed for the agreed use.

Content must meet the agreed accuracy, accessibility, citation, safety, assessment-integrity and source standards. It must not reproduce live exam content, confidential information, personal data, unlawful material or unsupported vendor, accreditation, employment, salary, clinical, legal or financial claims.

Daskerel may correct, suspend or remove material when rights, accuracy, safety, security, privacy or reputation evidence is inadequate. The final agreement should allocate correction duties, takedown cooperation, liability, indemnity and any payment effect proportionately.
