Educator, Contractor and Contributor Terms Template

A controlled appointment template for educators, reviewers, contractors and specialist content contributors.

Signing is unavailable while this document remains a draft. It must have a recorded professional review, approval date, and final version before it can be accepted.

Template status and appointment

This is a drafting and onboarding template, not a completed employment contract. HR and the owner must determine the real working relationship before selecting employee, worker, self-employed contractor, company supplier or volunteer documentation. A label in an agreement does not decide employment or tax status.

Each appointment schedule must identify the parties, role, reporting line, school and subject scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria, location, working pattern, substitution or supervision position, start and end dates, fees or salary, expenses, tax treatment, notice, equipment and approved systems.

Competence, conduct and safeguarding

The individual must provide accurate qualification, experience, identity, right-to-work or supplier, insurance and professional-status evidence appropriate to the activity. Daskerel may verify material evidence and restrict work while required evidence is missing or expired.

The individual must follow applicable safeguarding, equality, accessibility, learner-boundary, complaints, security, privacy, acceptable-use and incident procedures. They must not create private learner channels, make unapproved promises, represent Daskerel outside their authority or perform regulated work without the required licence and supervision.

Confidentiality, data and intellectual property

Access is limited to the minimum systems and learner information needed for the assignment. Credentials are personal; copying learner data to private email, devices, AI tools or unapproved storage is prohibited. Suspected loss, disclosure or misuse must be reported immediately.

The signed appointment must attach the Content Contribution and Intellectual Property Schedule and state whether new deliverables are assigned to CLOUDFORGE ACADEMY LTD or licensed on defined exclusive or non-exclusive terms. Pre-existing materials and third-party licences must be listed before delivery.

Payment, review and exit

Payment follows accepted deliverables, authorised time or the relevant payroll process. The agreement must state VAT, invoicing, expenses, correction, rejection, late delivery and dispute handling without removing statutory rights.

On suspension or exit, the individual must stop representing Daskerel, return or delete company and learner information, surrender access, identify unfinished work and cooperate with the documented handover. Confidentiality, data protection, IP and accrued-payment obligations survive where the final agreement says so.
