Urgent class concern

Report a virtual-class safety concern.

Use this route for conduct, safeguarding, harassment, inappropriate content, accessibility arrangements that have failed, or an immediate concern about a live class. The report is classified separately from ordinary learner support.

If anyone is in immediate danger, leave the meeting and contact the appropriate emergency service. The platform cannot provide emergency assistance.

What to include

State the class title or reference, approximate time, what happened, whether the issue is continuing, and the support you need. Do not include medical records, passwords, payment-card data, meeting passcodes, or unnecessary details about another learner.
